Deputy manager, Learning and Development coordinator, SENCO and DSL working within a small setting close to the city centre of Bristol.February 2025 - worked with the Manager to update and enhance our curriculum.March 2025 - Ofsted Inspection: rated ‘Good’ April 2025 - implemented and updated how the team assess and monitor children’s development. Enforcing the EYFS with support of the Birth to 5 Matters document. Creating a cohesive and holistic method to support children and their learning, whilst actively engaging parents/caregivers in this too.Supporting and training a strong and passionate team of early years practitioners and ensuring our children receive the care and learning experiences they need to thrive.
