I currently serve as Chief of Staff at PS Hummingbird, where I work closely with leadership on strategic planning, operational execution, and scaling internal systems in a fast-moving, tech-enabled environment.Prior to business school, I worked as a Senior Advisory Consultant focused on digital and process transformation, partnering with clients to translate complex business problems into scalable, technology-driven solutions. My work included leading stakeholder interviews, facilitating workshops, mapping current-state processes, and designing future-state operating models in close collaboration with product, UX, and engineering teams, ensuring solutions delivered measurable impact.My experience spans technology, behavioral health, and business development, giving me a strong lens on evaluating products at the intersection of technical innovation, user needs, and operational feasibility.
