Partnering with Asda Property, it was the first cross-departmental mentoring and development programme for the whole organisation, it went on to be adopted by other departments and gained sponsorship from the CPO. What drives me is people, empowering teams to succeed, fostering inclusive cultures, and helping others reach their potential. I believe diverse perspectives make stronger decisions, and I’m proud to have championed women in technology and leadership through initiatives that are now embedded across organisations. My leadership style is collaborative, transparent, and rooted in trust and accountability. Looking ahead, I’m passionate about shaping digital strategy that drives sustainable business transformation and growth. Whether it’s reimagining customer journeys, enabling data driven decisions, or building agile, resilient technology environments, I thrive on creating clarity and momentum in complexity. I love connecting with peers who share a vision for technology as a force for good, whether that’s in business, society, or culture. If that resonates with you, I’d welcome a conversation.
