Highly skilled professional with extensive experience in quality systems engineering, continuous process improvement, operations management, and team leadership; complemented by a solid background in Royal Navy.In many of my responsibilities, I\'ve had to put predictive schedules in place to lessen the length of time that crucial operational machinery and equipment are unavailable. I was able to advance quickly in my career by working effectively both individually and as a team player. This enabled me to impart information to my department while also learning new things as I advanced. Being able to establish partnerships with companies and organizations outside the Royal Navy is essential in order to accomplish important objectives and milestones to minimize operational impact.
