I am a dedicated and experienced professional Executive Assistant with a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of busy executives\' lives, and am committed to providing exceptional support to executives, enabling them to focus on their core responsibilities.With over 17 years of demonstrated experience in the insurance industry and over 25 years in administration support, I have honed my skills as an administrative troubleshooter. As a strong administrative professional, I am comfortable working under my own initiative and take pride in my attention to detail, professionalism, tactful and discrete nature. I thrive in high-pressure environments and excel at collaborating with others to achieve common goals. My expertise lies in juggling busy diaries, utilizing Microsoft Office tools, managing office operations, handling administrative tasks, and planning successful events.I have a proven track record of effectively managing multiple priorities and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. In recognition of my outstanding performance, I was honoured as a runner-up in the Executive PA Awards for \'PA Of The Year\'. Additionally, I am an active member of esteemed professional associations such as the Global PA Association, C&C Academy, and Executive Secretary Global network, where I continuously expand my knowledge and network with industry peers. Beyond my professional endeavours, I am also a proud British Red Cross Community Reserve Volunteer. This role allows me to contribute to the community and make a positive impact during times of need. I’m also a lover of trail running and all things nature and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere the countryside brings as well as a bit of an adrenaline junkie!
