Part of the “My Support” Experience within the People Chapter – seeking to provide JLR colleagues with a seamless but not soulless digitally innovative, high quality, timely end to end experience throughout the employment lifecycle at JLR Providing leadership for the HR Service Delivery Team (Shared Service). Direct accountability for service of Contact Centre, Process Delivery (including an offshore team & DSAR team), Organisation Management & Projects. Direct reports – 3 Managers and 1 Service Excellence Lead – 44 total headcount within the serviceAccountable for Level 2 Scorecard metrics on SLA for query resolution and employee experience. Liaising closely with Portfolio & People Partnering teams, Experience Leads and Tier 2 Service Managers to ensure joined up delivery prioritised appropriately in line with enterprise missionsResponsible for the provision of an exceptional service to colleagues across the enterprise through a modern query management approach and the delivery of processes/projects. Proactively managing resource across multiple teams to pivot and deliver where the work priorities demand itProviding an accessible and immediate route into People Chapter for HR related queries.Delivering People processes and business projects with a focus on effectiveness, efficiency and employee experience.Driving compliance of employee document management in line with GDPR regulationsIndustry & My Support (IMS) Committee lead involved in the planning, organisation and delivery of quarterly Village Halls led by our Enterprise Director for IMSRegistered as a Formal Mentor for colleagues across the People Chapter to support colleagues in their growth & career plans
