ABOUT CHARLOTTE BERG
I’m an undergraduate at UNC–Chapel Hill pursuing dual B.A.s in Anthropology and Psychology with a minor in History. My academic and research interests center on the intersection of culture, health, and environment, particularly how traditional medicine and social factors shape global health outcomes. My research experience spans from loneliness and immune health, to queer parenthood stress, and antimicrobial resistance in water systems.I’m passionate about culturally informed global health and hope to pursue graduate study in Global Health or Cultural Anthropology. Beyond research, I lead Cadence A Cappella and volunteer as a voice teacher with Musical Empowerment—combining creativity, mentorship, and community engagement to make meaningful impact.
