Duties included execution of due diligence, legal counsel to strategy and business organizations, evaluation of intellectual property and contracts portfolios, and execution of post-closing actions, including credit facility joinders. Additionally, I served as interim Director of Contracts for the National Security & Defense segment for six months. During this time I conducted an audit of all major contracts, provided on-site support to West Coast business development and operations team, and acted as functional lead for the contracts team.
