Serves as the lead for contractual legal matters, including providing legal review and guidance for contract negotiations for all business units and implementation of standard contracts and related agreements. Manages the corporate non-disclosure process, ensuring confidentiality across the organization. Led the enterprise-wide implementation of IronClad, a comprehensive contract and legal management system. Served as corporate legal lead for the execution of a $200M credit facility prior to initial public offering, including serving as interface to outside counsel.Supported the acquisition of four companies and the asset acquisition of an intellectual property portfolio over a period of 12 months. Duties included execution of due diligence, legal counsel to strategy and business organizations, evaluation of intellectual property and contracts portfolios, and execution of post-closing actions, including credit facility joinders. Additionally, I served as interim Director of Contracts for the National Security & Defense segment for six months. During this time I conducted an audit of all major contracts, provided on-site support to West Coast business development and operations team, and acted as functional lead for the contracts team.
