Commercial and Project Management Services (CPMS) Framework Lot 1 -Commercial Services on RIP Midlands; National Highways – Portfolio £1.5 billion. I am the Service Lead managing the team across the nine schemes. I provide commercial advice to the project management teams through all stages of design and construction with the aim to implement industry best standards through upskilling the existing staff. I undertake the efficiency lead for all RIP Midlands schemes, maximising the performance of all projects against the KPI set by the ORR. As part of this role, I work closely with PMO and feed into the monthly reporting and enable the transition of a project delivered efficiency process to one managed at programme and portfolio level.
