Working as an Academic Rep for the Exeter Politics department. My role involves helping students studying Politics and International Relations making sure all students are content in their studies. My main role is to address problems and concerns within the course liaising between students and staff members. This ranges from addressing issues on assessments,teaching, learning resources and course administration.

As a final year International Relations student at the University of Exeter, I bring a global perspective which has been shaped by my upbringing in Hong Kong and academics focusing on understanding diplomacy initiatives and regional political dynamics. My academic pursuits have covered a range of modules, including contemporary Chinese diplomacy, modern Middle Eastern history, security studies, political economy of armed conflict and global sustainability. I speak Mandarin to a proficient level, but am continuing to improve fluency for future work opportunities. Alongside this, my background, work experiences and academics have allowed me to develop strong analytical, research and communication skills.
