As the President & COO, I hold ownership and responsibility for the operational functions and divisions of the business to ensure excellence in project delivery and the achievement of CBI\'s revenue and growth objectives.In addition, I am responsible for building and managing the leadership of CBI\'s 11 markets and 3 Divisions through objective setting, education, strategic coaching, team building, P&L focus, business development and project delivery to drive success in these units. I have over 17 years of experience in the architecture, design and workplace solutions industry. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to partner with numerous clients to inspire, motivate and educate organizations in all industries to leverage their built environment to promote successful outcomes and achieve unique business goals.
