Hi, I\'m Charline! Nice to meet you!I recently graduated a year early (May 2024) from the University of California, Berkeley, with dual degrees in Cognitive Science and Psychology, specializing in UX Design. My academic background has equipped me with a deep understanding of human behavior, cognition, and design principles, which I apply to create user-centric, meaningful experiences. I\'m passionate about solving complex challenges and turning them into intuitive, innovative solutions.Currently, I work as a full-time UX Designer at Victoria’s Secret & Co, where I initially started as an intern. Over the course of three internship renewals, I had the opportunity to deepen my expertise in UX design, product management, and user research. In my current role, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience, improve digital interfaces, and reduce pain points throughout the user journey.Before joining Victoria’s Secret full-time, I also gained valuable experience at Firstly: Online Mentorship Platform, where I contributed to product design and streamlined product management processes. Additionally, as a research assistant in Dr. Anne Collin\'s lab at UC Berkeley, I supported behavioral user research and data analysis, further honing my ability to ground design decisions in user insights.With my passion for user-centered design and my commitment to crafting impactful solutions, I’m excited to continue growing in the field of UX Design and collaborate with teams to create intuitive, innovative products.Let’s connect!
