ABOUT CHARLINE NUFLO
I am a retail and marketing leader with over ten years of experience driving commercial growth across FMCG and UK retail environments, working at the intersection of brand, product, retail and commercial teams.I spent more than seven years at Procter & Gamble in commercial, trade marketing and category management roles, where I managed large-scale brands, partnered closely with retailers and distributors, and delivered sustained sales growth, market share gains and successful product launches in highly competitive categories. This experience shaped my strong commercial mindset, data-driven decision-making and ability to execute at scale.More recently, I have brought this expertise into the UK charity retail sector at Oxfam Great Britain, where I lead the retail marketing and product strategy for a national gifting range across 520+ physical stores and digital channels. Operating within a challenging category, I have focused on strengthening fundamentals, improving in-store and online execution, and materially improving performance through clearer strategy, portfolio optimisation and cross-functional collaboration.Across sectors, I am known for building strong, respectful relationships with stakeholders, translating insight into action, and balancing creativity with commercial rigour. I thrive in roles where strategy meets execution, and where brands, retail partnerships and customer experience come together to drive sustainable results.Alongside my commercial career, I am deeply committed to inclusive leadership, mentoring and personal development, shaped both by my background and my academic research at the University of Manchester on women’s empowerment and socio-emotional development. These values inform how I lead teams and collaborate.I am open to opportunities within retail, consumer products and experience-led businesses where brand, execution and partnership are central to growth.
