It is the world’s 2nd largest sugar producer and a leader on starch and alcohol markets- Set up and Management of a team of 6 compliance officers and of a community of several Compliance and GDPR local relays- Reports directly to the Group General Secretary- Conception, implementation and management of an ethic & Compliance program for the entire Group: redaction of a complete set of compliance documents (Ethics code, anti-bribery Code, compliance plan, compliance program, duty of care) and processes, creation of a whistleblowing line, lead of several compliance investigations, creation of the Group’s ethical and compliance risk mapping, design of e-learning training programs- Conception, implementation and management of a GDPR program for the entire Group- Audit & revision of the existing processes to secure and create value in order to better accompany the strategy of the Group- Management of all litigations for the Group before national (Competition authority, criminal and civil courts) and international jurisdiction (ICC, Brazil, Africa, Asia, etc…)- Participation to innovative project (online apps, connected agriculture, support of R&D)- Lobbying & Public affairs
