This enables me to get my buyers the absolute lowest price for the home of their dream.I recently read an article in the Wall Street Journal dated 5/27/14 titled \"The Price Of Real-Estate for an average house\". Veteran agents (10 years or more experience) sell homes for an average of 12% more than their less experienced counterparts. So I ask you, with 40 years experience, how much more could that be worth?
