By collaborating and working cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders I shape and lead the development, maintenance, and optimisation of a number of digital platforms, seeking to enhance our online presence for the benefit of our tenants and staff. I ensure the continuous vitality and functionality of our websites; manage and maintain various content management systems; and collaborate with developers, suppliers, and contributors to make sure digital platforms remain fit for purpose. My role is focused on the delivery of easy to use, accessible and effortless experiences for our target audiences. Committed to relentlessly improving performance, I conduct regular site reviews and identify issues through website audits. I also closely monitor digital channel uptime and work on swift issue resolution, often in collaboration with technical teams and ensure pre-defined objectives are achieved. Maintaining brand alignment, I develop and communicate a comprehensive set of performance analytics, with a focus on SEO and user testing, to gauge site effectiveness and to deliver the best possible digital experiences for our users.
