I’m an experienced design and digital leader. I work in, and with, teams to deliver effective user-centred products and services and help organisations grow design maturity and culture.I’m a design advocate, with a background in HCI and interaction design. I have extensive commercial experience, with over 20 years of shaping and delivering design, research and customer experiences for complex digital products and services.I firmly believe design is a powerful tool for commercial success and social change and has the power to challenge stereotypes, break down siloes, and amplify voices.I’ve worked in the commercial sector, as well as organisations in the charity, not-for-profit, healthcare and education sectors, including the London Organising Committee of the Olympic games (London 2012), Adidas, AXA Health, NHS Blood Transplant, Cambridge Assessment, Wellcome Trust, Well Pharmacy, American Airlines, and Canyon and Specialized Bikes.As an experienced design and digital leader, I’m comfortable shifting between strategic and system level thinking and working ‘hands-on’ to deliver end-to-end holistic services.
