As a Senior Client Success Manager at Code First Girls, I work with organisations across tech, finance, government, and beyond to help them build more diverse, inclusive teams — starting with accessible, practical tech education for women and non-binary people.My role sits at the intersection of partnership and impact. I support our clients through every step of their journey with us: shaping solutions that meet their hiring and diversity goals, keeping programmes running smoothly, and sharing the results through regular impact reporting and reviews.Alongside delivering great experiences for our partners, I help grow our internal approach to Client Success — acting as a sounding board for the team, resolving challenges, and supporting longer-term growth through renewals and strategic planning.What makes this role special to me is the mission. The work we do directly supports thousands of people into life-changing opportunities in tech — and helps employers find incredible talent they might otherwise overlook. Being a part of that journey, both for our learners and our clients, is something I’m proud of every day.
