I started my experience in GE (Areva / Alstom Grid and GE) nearly 15 years ago as an R&D engineer then project manager for 245 kV Gas-Insulated Switchgear. I was in charge with my team also of training colleagues from our new factory in China & finally became in charge of technology transfer and product localization. 5 years later, I moved to marketing of the same product line and became Product manager for all \"french native\" products whatever they\'re manufactured in France, India or China.Following this 3 years experience, I\'ve been proposed to join the Service product line and develop the GIS activity on both angles of business development, operations & competency development.I was honored to join the GE Accelerated Leadership Program (XLP) before joining again the Grid Solutions Services Organization to lead and transform the Tendering COE (Center Of Excellence).I’m now CTO of the whole Services organization, leading the 3 technical functions: Project engineering, R&D and Tendering.Before joining AREVA/ALSTOM, now GE I started my career at Mecachrome.My education path started by a 2 years technician curriculum then I decided to be more graduated and joined the university to pass a Licence then a Master. Consecutively I\'ve been selected to join one of the most famous french engineer school to be graduated Engineer in 2004.Needless to say that this path required for me to have competitive spirit and personal involvement as there were several gates to overcome as it\'s far to be a standard curriculum (at least in the French educational system)
