At the very least, we can help make work suck less for you and your team. Better is better, right?My approach is shaped by two key experiences. As a former U.S. Army logistics officer and combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, I learned the power of disciplined execution, leadership under pressure, and the importance of team dynamics. Paired with my near-PhD in Philosophy, I bring a thoughtful, reflective approach to leadership, productivity, and finding deeper meaning in our work.Yes, I believe work doesn’t have to suck—but I’m not just here to help you survive with less pain. I’m here to help you thrive with more joy. I believe work can be deeply meaningful, soulful, and even sacred.    I teach intermediate and advanced courses on strategy, systems thinking, and team development to small business owners. I currently teach Strategic Customer Development and Systems Thinking for Small Business Success. The courses are roughly 3 hours long with 12-20 students and feature a combination of application exercises, in-class problem-solving as a group, and coaching through scenarios.
