This recognition includes multiple Hotel of the Year and General Manager of the Year awards from several brands.I grew up learning the value of hard work and family on a farm in Minnesota. The hotel and lodging industry has been my calling and my career ever since I checked-in my first guest. I\'ve always greatly enjoyed making a positive difference in a visitor\'s day. These simple moments of kind service have helped me keep an optimistic outlook in my life and in my work. I have been fortunate to have many positive and successful mentors throughout my journey. I recognize and encourage individual talent and strengths in all people while growing high-performing teams in the process. I focus on creating customer loyalty and strongly defending a reputation of excellence. Simply, I work to lead great hotels that guests love.I offer hotel development consulting and management services to hotel owners and investors. It is my responsibility to lead all aspects of sales and operations for my hotel properties to provide superior customer experiences, an enjoyable work environment, and profitable returns for ownership. I have a track record of delivering exceptional profitability in multi-million dollar hotel operations while significantly growing asset value. I am a proud father of four. I enjoy living in Wisconsin, serving the greater community, and showing kindness to friends and neighbors. In my free time, I like to watch my kids enjoy their interests and activities, cheer for their teams, tinker and build, travel, hike, fish, ride bike with my family, or catch a movie on the big screen. I\'m a fan of Badgers, Brewers, and Packers.
