I believe people can change, even when shame, burnout, or uncertainty makes that hard to see. I try to balance insight with practical next steps, using a mix of Person-Centered work, DBT skills, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused approaches.I’m also growing my focus in gambling addiction as I pursue ICGC-I certification, with an eye on how financial stress and gambling patterns often reinforce each other. My goal is to offer support that’s direct, empathetic, and grounded in what’s workable, whether someone is in crisis or building long-term recovery.
