About Charlie Coppola
I grew up in and around commercial real estate. My father, Craig Coppola, is a top producing broker at Lee & Associates, and I have memories of driving around on weekends, looking at properties with him, and learning the business from the ground level. Over the years, we tried all the systems out there. We kept hearing the same pain points, challenges, and frustrations from other brokers, and experienced many of them ourselves. We found that most brokers find a lot of the systems out there overly complicated, cumbersome, and clunky. Most brokers end up relying on a messy combination of spreadsheets, some clunky CRM they barely use, and scattered notes to manage their business.That’s where the idea for CRE OneSource was born. We saw an opportunity to build something simple, easy-to-use, specific to the small niche of CRE Brokers, and only focus on the 3-4 main things brokers worry about. It\'s been really fun partnering with my father and working in an industry so close to home. Brokers are some of the most fun, social, funny, and interesting people - our whole team loves being able to sell to and work with brokers (most of the time!). We’re living the life of a software company - growing fast, improving and refining the product constantly, and always listening to our customers and the market.
