   I am responsible for leading our Global Sales Development efforts, with teams in EMEA, APAC, and The Americas. My teams are responsible for sourcing new opportunities at net new companies, as well as within our install base. My teams are responsible for high levels of qualification to put their sales reps in the most advantageous position, and create as much quality pipeline as possible. I created our internal SDR Excellence Model and built our SDR Assessment Matrix-9 straight quarters over quota -9x QoQ revenue growth of 25% or greater-100% of reps above yearly quota-Increased win-rate of outbound pipeline to 33%‘23 results -62% increase in pipeline generation over 2022-49% increase in close won revenue sourced by SDRs-71% increase in outbound pipeline-90% of reps above yearly goal-multiple promotions(my favorite metric!)
