With over 20 years of experience in the building materials industry, I am a seasoned executive who leads with vision, passion, and integrity. I am currently the Regional Vice President at US LBM, a leading distributor of specialty building materials in the United States. I am responsible for the strategic planning, financial results, and continued market growth of the US LBM divisions based in the Midwest, which represent over associates and 7 operating divisions across six states.My core competencies include strategic planning and execution, go-to-market strategy, new business development, process improvement, and driving effective cultures. I have successfully conceived and launched new value propositions in a low-differentiation industry, such as off-site manufactured building components, expert field labor, custom millwork and cabinetry solutions, and cost and schedule management. I have also built and led high-performing teams, using a combination of support and challenge, and fostered a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. My mission is to deliver superior value to our customers, associates, and shareholders, and to contribute to the growth and success of the US LBM network.
