Managing and overseeing the Commercial income for the Croydon Estate on behalf of Unibail Rodamco Westfield. Management of the following income streams- Mall Retail - Promotional activity - Experiential and Brand Experience- Small to large scale events - Digital and non-digital advertising - Pop-ups- Car park activity - Filming and location management - Seasonal activityI also work closely with the marketing team to deliver commercial activity on large scale events (most recently Costa Del Croydon). On top of this, I oversee the financial process, debt management of tenants, health and safety for all commercialisation activity and other tasks to ensure the commercial activity is of a high standard.
