Helping my team succeed as we manage Medicare and Commercial Risk Adjustment data to give our members better healthcare. I help by managing and mining our data through SQL. I organize the data on the back end. Then through Stored Procedures and ETL data transfers I move the data to support key reporting, medical coding and auditing processes. I build the reporting out in Power Bi, Excel, and Access databases. I have also created, and manage VBA programed Access Databases to greatly improve processes. I also help in collaborating with the supervisors in team meetings. Through data driven analytics, I sell and implement process improvements through team contribution. I also support and advise on team member’s projects and aims so that we all can succeed in our goals.
