Extensive experience (>20 years) in rad-hard-by-design and IC design, including design, simulation, layout, post layout simulation, and chip measurement. 13 years of experience in radiation hardened IC design: studied radiation effects on various technologies, including 0.6um, 0.35um, 0.18um, 65nm, 28nm, 16nm and 7nm/5nm FinFET CMOS and BiCMOS technologies, and developed effective rad-hard-by-design techniques to improve radiation performance, including SEL (single event latchup), SET (single event transient), SEFI (single event function interrupt), TID (total ionizing dose) effects, etc, and released products in analog, digital and mixed signal, and RFICs. Lead projects in analog IC design, mixed signal IC design and RFIC design: designed and released error amplifiers, VCOs, PLLs, up-converter and down-converters, etc. Lead the projects from concept to production.
