   Rapid response and resolution to breakdowns to keep freight moving. Assessment and solutions to accident situations to ensure driver safety, public safety, asset recovery and security, and salvage of freight whenever possible. Monitoring our intermodal equipment to ensure customer\'s requirements for product are met through loading, cartage, rail transit, cartage, and delivery. Daily interaction with drivers, dispatch, and sales staff with goals of happy drivers, satisfied dispatchers, and relieved sales staff. I do this every night. They are happy, they are satisfied, and they are relieved!New Year update - my biggest reward at Prime is when I am able to talk a driver through their problem and help him/herself and have the truck rolling. I do get some resistance _\"I am not a mechanic.\" no, you are not, and neither am I, I am a trucker, but I have faith in the fact if you do what I\'m telling you, we can go trucking and deliver the freight. In 13+ years here at Prime I have NEVER lost a load. In 23 years prior to that, I have never, ever lost a load.
