As Biffa’s first-ever graduate Business Development Manager, I am undertaking an 18-month graduate program designed to provide hands-on experience across various aspects of the business and the waste industry. This program offers me the opportunity to gain a comprehensive oversight of the business and industry as a whole, which I will put into practice upon completing the program to deliver tailored solutions that meet waste management needs to ensure customer satisfaction.My role involves managing diverse projects, networking extensively, and building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Alongside this, I have developed a solid understanding of health and safety practices, which are critical in hazardous waste management, while also broadening my knowledge of operational processes within the industry.
