Frequently facilitating employee new-hire training on Travel Requests, Travel Booking, and Expensing utilizing SAP Concur solutions • Coordinating and expensing travel for non-profiled travelers (i.e, potential recruit candidates, international colleagues, and non-SMS group Inc. individuals) including but not limited to: limo service, car rental, hotel, and airfare reservations • Creating and producing recurring updates, reminders, and informative documents in relation to travel; released by email and uploaded to company intranet • Regularly support co-workers in guidance with general travel and/or SAP Concur questions • Prepare visa invitation letters with relevant colleague or contractor/sub-contractor information pertaining to their visit within the United States • Assisting the L&D team on various developing projects; using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, and Camtasia
