Charlie is an award-winning investigative reporter and researcher covering poverty in the Jacksonville metro area for The Tributary. His prior roles include covering Barstow and the broader Mojave Desert in California for The Victorville Daily Press and USA Today Network, reporting for Bloomberg News\'s U.S. Government team, and reporting for The Wall Street Journal\'s corporate bureau.
