I pride myself on understanidng commercial aims and providing practical advice in connection with the full range of employment issues that large employers face from defending and settling Tribunal claims, managing senior exits, handling employee relations processes to planning and implementing redundancies, business reorganisations and the transfer of employees.I provide regular advice to a number of large national clients in the retail and media sector and regulalry deliver training direct to HR teams.I am an active member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
