Responsibilities in this role have included- Establishing and evolving production frameworks that support 80 strategists in 5 sub-region teams, 13 markets and across all verticals - adapting team strategy through all major product launches/updates- Providing production solutions for large-scale, innovation-focussed interactive brand initiatives in social video, AR, VR and WebXR formats across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger and Quest products- Coordinating global activations/sprints in partnership with multiple internal XFN teams (Product, Policy, Business Marketing, Marketing Science, Solutions Engineering) that test product fit with consumers and drove product adoption with Clients- Scaling production strategy to key markets by hosting industry events and establishing partner training programs that increased local production capabilities and Client media spend on Meta platforms- Providing production thought leadership and insight in company narratives that were scaled to the global marketing community- Leading global Supplier Diversity team that made production processes more inclusive, gave team better access to diverse partners, and contributed to Meta’s diverse supplier targets.
