ABOUT CHARLIE LOYA

I have the pleasure of enhancing the effectiveness of training and education aided with technology. Coupled with leadership development programs, career coaching, and recruitment strategies I have a rich history in helping others develop competencies and skills in the realm of learning technology, human resources, and the integration of blended learning solutions to achieve results. Collaborating with military and corporate leaders I have been able to increase opportunities to “flip the classroom” and reach learners at the moment of need, while understanding how to effectively blend learning programs within their organizations in order to improve all organizational processes. I understand best practices while using the appropriate mix of innovative learning technologies to design and deliver effective blended solutions to students and faculty based on individual learning styles.As a practitioner of process improvement through training and education, I have a deep appreciation and understanding to recruit driven leaders who can inspire their teams and deliver for their customers. I developed and implemented training and operational plans and syllabi, which allowed my organization to efficiently meet and surpass our fiscal year production goals in spite of a tightening defense budget and shrinking resources. Accomplishing these goals required me to effectively communicate with not only my teams but with other organizations and executive leadership both inside and outside of the Marine Corps. The training and leadership experience I possess has prepared me to succeed in a technical field and efficiently solve problems while ensuring organizational objectives are met at every level. I look forward to applying myself in the pursuit of future endeavors beyond the Marine Corps, developing innovative solutions, and safely and effectively accomplishing business goals.
