As Head of Learning & Development across Higher Group & it\'s brands, I lead the design, delivery, and evolution of our training and development strategy business wide.Over the past few years, we’ve obsessively transformed the way we approach our L&D, moving beyond traditional onboarding to build a dynamic programme that supports every stage of a recruiter’s journey. From new starters to SLT, my goal is to create a culture of continuous learning and development that generates serious revenue.I work closely with consultants, managers, directors and our founders to ensure training & engagement is practical and aligned to technical and financial business goals. I (and we) focus not just on skills, but on confidence, mindset, long term growth, and importantly having a f*cking great time on the way.We’ve doubled down on what really matters. building scalable processes, strong management strategies and nailing new market deployment. Due to this, success has become repeatable. Our top-end billing ceiling keeps rising, and we’re better positioned now than ever to maximise potential, be it on day 1 or year 5.Our vision is to give people in their twenties a platform to earn life-changing money and build something of their own. With our equity and profit share schemes in full swing, that ambition has never been more real.We are constantly adapting, evolving, and raising the bar.
