Primary responsibilities included, assisting the tenant representation team in gathering market information, preparing tour maps & books, cold calling, and updating tracking reports. EDUCATION & AFFILIATIONSCharlie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate with an emphasis in Sales and Marketing from St. Cloud State University. During his time at SCSU he was a member of the student Real Estate Association and held the position of Social Chair in his final year. Upon graduation, Charlie was an active member of SCSU Real Estate Alumni Association holding various chairs on the board. Charlie is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR), and Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA), and is currently a CCIM candidate.
