I am responsible for various aspects of Talent Management- recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, training, support, and benefits administration for employees. Additionally, I\'m responsible for researching and developing company policies and programs concerning employees that promote safety, wellness and company culture. I facilitate our company\'s pay for performance program; oversee payroll; support our Finance department; and manage our Administrative Support staff. Key Accomplishments: •Developed our Company\'s Employer Value Proposition, articulating our values and culture.
