Prior to season assisted the GM in roster creation, finding undervalued mid-major program players who showed potential to perform well against higher competition-Used TrackMan and Synergy data, focusing on pitch metrics, swing decisions, and advanced analytics. Translated raw numbers into clear scouting insights, giving us a competitive edge in recruiting under-the-radar players-Created visual reports that highlighted opposing player strengths/weakness such as pitcher tendencies, our pitcher\'s pitching plans, and defensive positioning. Coaches used these reports for pre-series meetings, and directly shaping defensive alignments and lineup decisions-Co-Lead an intern project that helped distribute our own players stats, advance metrics, video and own analysis on each player that was accessible to scouts through an app.
