Diverse services to private and public entities in finance/leasing, real estate, asset management, diversified financials and commercial industries; extensive experience with leasing and railcar manufacturing, telecommunications and insurance brokerage. 3 years based in Paris as Senior Partner in E&Y’s Capital Markets assisting clients across Europe with business capital transactions. Subsequent to retirement from EY, Charlie has been active in business advisory primarily in board advisory roles two of which have lasted multiple years; He also is recognized for lease accounting expertise and assists in applying new lease accounting rules to business. Charlie enjoys golf, skiing, paddle tennis and travel along with non-profit roles.

   Egg Innovations is family-owned business with 60 barns across 5 Midwestern states focused on highest quality free range and pasture raised eggs; suppliers to major retail groceries across the country. Company is known as innovator in its industry with primary feed mill and plant operations in Warsaw, IN. I joined as CFO in April 2015, upgraded accounting department, hired Chief Accounting Officer; moved to Advisory Board then Board member when Board of Directors established.
