With Hifi travel, I have communicated with many student organizations on campus to organize and coordinated promotional events to raise awareness of HiFi Travel offerings, attracting over 200 students per event. This has allowed me to developed and maintained relationships with student groups, ensuring repeat business and high satisfaction rates. Beyond the student groups themselves, I have been able to collaborate with university administration and student leaders to secure approvals for off-campus events and trips, providing personalized travel and event planning services, meeting diverse needs and preferences of over 20 different organizations. Through this process, I have gathered and analyzed feedback from clients to improve service offerings and enhance customer experience.
