I’m a data-driven partnerships leader with an operator background, bridging the gap between commercial strategy and technical execution. Today, I lead some of DoorDash’s largest enterprise brands, owning the roadmap and end-to-end execution for a $700M+ GMV portfolio focused on material revenue growth and bottom-line efficiency.My journey so far:1/ Consulting Foundations: Sharpened my analytical toolkit in management consulting, learning to run fast, manage senior stakeholders, and use data-driven storytelling to drive executive recommendations.2/ BizOps Growth: Joined DoorDash BizOps during our COVID-19 hyper growth phase to scale our subscription product, Dashpass and our robotics arm, Chowbotics. I built foundational playbooks, and leveraged data-led insights to move business metrics. 3/ Partnership Growth: Today, I combine BizOps scrappiness with consulting fundamentals to scale our largest restaurant partners. I engage directly with C-suite stakeholders to convert ambitious goals into operational plans that move the needle on key top line (revenue, ad sales) and bottom line metrics (quality, ops) metrics.
