Currently, I lead product management for Amazon Quick Suite’s agentic AI capabilities. I helped define and launch Quick Suite in October 2025, unifying AI agents for insight generation, research, business intelligence, and automation into a single enterprise workspace. The platform is reshaping how teams apply AI to productivity, decision-making, and operational execution across organizations.Previously, I served as Product Director for Amazon Just Walk Out, extending frictionless retail technology to external customers across sports, education, healthcare, and travel. I drove product strategy that increased throughput and sales, enabled true 24/7 operations, and materially reduced shrink. I also launched new retail formats including RFID-based stores, configurable standalone store kits, and unattended retail concepts.Earlier in my career, I helped build Amazon’s logistics and physical retail foundations: launching Sort Centers and Sunday delivery to enable a pure Prime experience and lower delivery costs; leading core technical tracks for Amazon’s first grocery store (inventory, POS, catalog, pricing); and contributing to Prime Air drone delivery and robotic work cells in fulfillment centers.I’m known for setting clear vision in highly ambiguous environments, aligning diverse technical and business teams, and delivering outcomes through disciplined execution and innovation at scale.
