I advise clients on how to best protect, enforce and exploit their intellectual property rights. I have expertise in and work across the full range of intellectual property rights, but with a focus on brands and designs in the sports, retail and automotive sectors. I enjoy working as part of my clients\' teams to protect their IP rights, whether on smaller enforcement matters or in High Court litigation. I am also experienced working with a spectrum of different clients, from local small businesses to multinational corporations. I am able to understand and adapt approaches to the needs of an individual client, appreciating their commercial drivers and reflecting them in legal advice and strategy. I am a member of The Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (CITMA), and have completed the University of Oxford Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice.

ABOUT CHARLIE BOND
I am a Principal Associate at Gowling WLG. I advise on all aspects of intellectual property law, with an emphasis on brand management, as well as trade mark and patent disputes. I have developed wide-ranging contentious and non-contentious intellectual property experience, having advised clients from, amongst others, the technology, food and beverage and automotive sectors. I have also enhanced the skills I can offer clients by completing the UCL IP Transactions Course and Oxford University Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law. I am therefore both academically and commercially prepared to advise clients on how to protect and enforce their intellectual property rights.
