I fine-tune high-performance bikes, build wheels that roll true, get shifting to respond like a thought, and make sure every customer rolls out of the shop with a grin. Customer service isn’t just about repairs; it’s about understanding every rider’s needs and making sure their bike works exactly how they want it. Some days, it’s about training new technicians, ensuring they develop the skills and confidence to deliver top-tier service.
