He and his wife Debbie have been married for 43 years and have three children and 2 grandchildren.Charlie owns Baker Commercial Properties and Ricefield Investments Properties where he has been involved in the development and acquisition of over apartments, numerous retail developments, single-family land developments and 2 hotels which the company owns and operates.
