My team has responsibility for global legal and regulatory compliance for Ryan, including FCPA and anti-bribery compliance, corporate investigations, ethics hotline management, political law and lobbying compliance, international trade and sanctions compliance, anti-money laundering, professional ethics, and employee compliance training.I also provide legal support to Ryan\'s government relations practice, IPO readiness initiative, internal audit group, project management team, and M&A activities. I report to Ryan\'s Audit Committee and work closely with Ryan\'s senior leadership team on corporate governance matters, process controls, and special projects.
