As a Business Operations Manager, my main focus is on the operational execution of Salesforce’s Partner Program. I lead a team of 6 individual contributors responsible for the end-to-end operations supporting the partner lifecycle for the partners in our ecosystem. We work with many other teams, such as strategy, sales, and legal/compliance groups, to improve and automate our business processes, all to provide the partners with the best possible experience across the program. By consolidating, standardizing, and automating, we ensure our processes scale with the ecosystem\'s growth. Under my leadership, we have reduced the application time for new program prospects, and reduced direct costs through automation while redirecting freed-up resources to other critical tasks (no job elimination), all while growing the ecosystem by ~18% YoY.
