Identity is foundational to everything we do. My role is to ensure it scales securely, transparently, and with operational rigor. That means reducing fragmentation across platforms and processes, strengthening how we manage risk and issues, and building transparency and audit readiness into how we work every day.I own IAM business reporting across the function — establishing the metrics, capacity views, and delivery discipline that improve forecasting, surface bottlenecks early, and drive data-based decisions.
